Senior Risk & Safety Consultant, Ralph is a veteran of the United States Army and has over two decades of law enforcement and leadership experience. He specializes in public safety, risk and crisis management, emergency response, operational risk mitigation, and strategic operational planning. Ralph brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex safety challenges for both public and private sectors. He not only has his master's degree in Public Policy and Management but is also a certified ALICE Instructor (Violent Critical Incident Response) and certified MOAB Instructor (Management of Aggressive Behavior).  Ralph is currently serving as the Chief of Police for Liberty Borough.
